There is only one redeemer and that is the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord Jesus Christ left heavens glory  -  He left all the glory behind Him  -  and He came to this earth,  He took upon Himself human flesh and He Himself  became the way  for us  to receive  eternal life   -   life in Himself.

Man,  is a  slave of sin,  and  sin ultimately  leads to death.

Man,  needs to be bought back   -  set free  -  from the bondage of sin.

The Lord Jesus alone paid the  ransom  that He Himself set for our redemption.

When Christ Jesus came to this earth,  He came for a specific purpose.

He came with a  set plan,  the plan of salvation.

Sunday School  Chorus.    Salvations  Plan.

O  THE  LOVE THAT  DREW  SALVATIONS PLAN

O  THE  GRACE  THAT  BROUGHT IT  DOWN TO  MAN

O  THE  MIGHTY  GULF  THAT  GOD  DID  SPAN

AT  CALVARY.

MERCY  THERE  WAS  GREAT

AND  GRACE  WAS  FREE

PARDON   THERE   WAS  MULTIPLIED  TO  ME

THERE  MY  BURDENED SOUL  FOUND LIBERTY

AT CALVARY.

AMEN.

The Lord Jesus is the only person who ever lived who is entirely free from sin.

Therefore  He is able to save  to the uttermost  all  who come to Him for  salvation.

He who knew no sin,  was made sin for us,  so that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

He  was delivered for our offences and He was raised again for our justification.

He gave His own life as a sacrifice to God,  in our place,  and He  allowed Himself to be crucified,  on the cross of Calvary.

That cross became an altar on which Christ Jesus the spotless Lamb of God became the sacrifice  for the sins of the world.

The Lord Jesus came to this earth to do the Father's will.

And God is satisfied with the Lord Jesus Christ.

He shed His precious blood,  to pay for  our redemption  and all those who receive Him to be their Saviour,  are saved.

They are born-again  and  given a new life.

A new life in Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians 5:1 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:  old things are passed away;  behold all things are become new."

THE BIG QUESTION IS,

ARE YOU  SATISFIED  WITH  WHAT CHRIST JESUS HAS DONE  TO SECURE YOUR SALVATION?

ARE YOU WILLING  TO ACCEPT  HIM  TO BE YOUR   PERSONAL SAVIOUR?

ARE YOU  WILLING TO COME TO HIM  JUST AS YOU ARE WITHOUT ONE PLEA,  AND TRUST HIM ALONE TO SAVE YOU?

HYMN.  Just as I am Sankey's Sacred Songs & Solos 473.

Sung by Losinda.

Verse 1.

Just as I am  -  without one plea,

But that Thy blood was shed for me.

And  that Thou bidd'st me come to Thee,

O Lamb of God,  I come!  I come!

Verse 2.

Just as I am  Poor,  Wretched,  Blind,

Sight,  Riches,  Healing of the mind;

Yea,  all I need,  In Thee to find,

O Lamb of God,  I come!  I come!

Verse 3.

Just as I am  Thou wilt receive,

Wilt welcome,  Pardon,  Cleanse,  Relieve:

Because Thy promise I believe,

O Lamb of God  I come!  I come!

Verse 4.

Just as I am  Thy love unknown

Has broken every barrier down:

Now to be Thine,  Yea Thine alone,

O Lamb of God  I come!  I come!

AMEN.

The Lord Jesus shed His precious blood for you dear reader because He loves you  and His desire is to give you a new heart,  a heart that will seek after Him,  a heart that will desire to bring glory,  honour and praise to His holy name.

I  long to be able to express the joy and the peace that He gives to those who receive  Him.

There is nothing more wonderful than to know  with certainty  that  you belong to Him for all eternity.

It is beyond human comprehension why the Lord Jesus  loves us,  loves us  no matter what we have done,  even if we have rejected Him many times in the past,  we can come to Him right now and  have assurance of salvation.

Lord Jesus Christ,  Please help me to believe right now that You are the Christ,  the Son of the only living true God.  I  lay myself bare before You  most Gracious Father  and I trust the Lord Jesus Christ to be my personal Saviour from this moment on.

Christ is able to make us accepted by God,  accepted in the Beloved.

Romans 10:17   "Faith  cometh by hearing  and  hearing  by the Word  of God."

THE LORD JESUS IS AT PRESENT CALLING INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE OUT OF THIS WORLD TO BE HIS OWN SPECIAL PEOPLE.

WHILE THEY ARE IN THIS WORLD

HE IS SANCTIFYING THEM.

HE IS PREPARING THEM TO BE HIS BRIDE.

HE HAS SET THESE INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE APART  -  THEY HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED AND PLACED IN ONE BODY  -  HIS BODY  AND  THEY ARE  SEPARATED UNTO HIM  FOR THE GLORY OF GOD.

1 Peter 1:13-14   "Wherefore  gird up the loins of your mind  and  be sober,  and hope to the end for the grace  that is  to be brought unto you  at  the revelation of Christ;  As obedient children,  not fashioning  yourselves  according to the former lusts  in your ignorance.

But  as He which hath called you is holy,  so be ye holy  in all manner of conversation."

THE HOLY SPIRIT ALONE IS ABLE TO BRING US TO MATURATION.

WE ARE  JOINED  TO THE LIVING CHRIST WHEN WE ARE BORN-AGAIN.

WE ARE NO LONGER JOINED TO ADAM.

OLD THINGS HAVE PASSED AWAY AND ALL THINGS HAVE BECOME NEW.

Romans 8:3-4   "For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh,

God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh,  and for sin,  condemned sin in the flesh.

That the righteousness of the law  might be fulfilled in us,  who walk not after the flesh,  but after the spirit."

THE SON OF GOD WANTS TO BRING US TO A HIGH PLANE.

HE HAS ASKED US TO BE HOLY.

HE DESIRES TO LIVE HIS LIFE IN US.

HE ALONE BY IS ABLE TO PRODUCE THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD IN OUR LIVES.

HE ALONE IS ABLE TO DELIVER US FROM SIN.

HE IS OUR GREAT GOD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.

Sing along with Losinda.

His name is as ointment  poured forth,

Jesus,   Jesus,   Jesus,   Jesus.

His name is as ointment poured forth

His name is as ointment poured forth.

AMEN.

His Name Is Wonderful            His Name Is Wonderful

Sing along with Losinda.         Played by Caryl.

His name is wonderful, His name is wonderful,

His name is wonderful, Jesus my Lord.

He is the Mighty King, Master of everything,

His name is wonderful, Jesus my Lord.

He's the Great Shepherd, the Rock of all ages,

Almighty God is He,

Bow down before Him, Worship, Adore Him,

His name is wonderful, Jesus my Lord.

AMEN.

He is  my  Lord,  is He your Lord?

He is  my  redeemeris He yours also?

OUR REDEEMER IS SO GRACIOUS.

HE IS GLORIOUS IN HOLINESS.

HE IS GOOD AND HE EXHIBITS LOVING KINDNESS.

HE IS THE GOD OF MERCY.

Isaiah 63:15-16    "Look down from heaven,  and  behold from the habitation of Thy holiness  and of Thy glory:  where is Thy zeal  and Thy strength,  the sounding of thy bowls  and of Thy mercies  toward me?  are they restrained?

Doubtless Thou art our Father,  though Abraham be ignorant of us,  and Israel acknowledged us not:  Thou ,  O  Lord,  art our Father,  our Redeemer;  Thy name is from everlasting."

IN THE OLD TESTAMENT GOD  WAS THE FATHER OF THE  NATION ISRAEL.

THERE IS NO THOUGHT IN THE OLD TESTAMENT  THAT GOD WAS THE FATHER OF THE INDIVIDUAL ISRAELITE.

IT IS A  CORPORATE TERM  RATHER  THAN  A  PERSONAL ONE  IN THE OLD TESTAMENT.

IN THE NEW TESTAMENT   It becomes personal,  NOT CORPORATE.

ABRAHAM WAS  THE  FATHER OF THE NATION

AND GOD WAS THE  FATHER OF THE NATION.

TODAY  GOD  DEALS WITH THE INDIVIDUAL,

HE KNOWS OUR EVERY DESIRE AND OUR EVERY NEED AND HE IS A VERY PERSONAL SAVIOUR TO THOSE WHO BELONG TO HIM.

THOSE WHO ARE LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

Romans 8:14   "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God,  they are the sons of God.  For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear;  but  ye have received the Spirit of adoption,  whereby we cry  Abba Father. The Spirit itself  beareth witness with our spirit,  that we are  the children of God:"

OH TODAY HOW WE NEED TO EXPERIENCE  THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AS OUR ABBA FATHER.

DAVID  TRULY EXPERIENCED GOD AS HIS REDEEMER.  HE COULD SAY

Psalm 19:14   "Let the words of my mouth,  and the meditation of my heart,  be  acceptable in Thy sight,  O  Lord,  my strength,  and  my Redeemer."

Who was David's strength?

CHRIST.

Who was David's  redeemer?

CHRIST.

He can be your  strength and  your  Redeemer  also  if you will just ask Him  to come into your heart.

Then  sing with Losinda.

Verse 1.

There is a Redeemer,   Jesus  God's own Son,

Precious  Lamb of God,  Messiah,  Holy One.

Thank  You ,  O  my  Father,   For giving  us  Your  Son,

And leaving  Your Spirit   Till  the  work  on earth  is done.

Verse 2.

Jesus my  Redeemer,  Name  above  all  names,

Precious Lamb of God,  Messiah,  O  for  sinners  slain.

Thank You,  O my  Father,  For giving  us Your Son,

And leaving  You Spirit  Till  the  work  on earth  is done.

Verse 3.

When  I  stand  in glory  I  will  see  His  face,

And there  I'll  serve my King   forever,  In  that  Holy Place.

Thank You,  O  my  Father,  For giving us Your Son,

And leaving  Your Spirit  Till  the  work  on earth  is done.

AMEN.

PRAYERFULLY MEDITATE ON:

Revelation  5:9    "And they sang a new song,  saying,  Thou art worthy to take the book,  and to open the seals thereof:  for Thou wast slain,  and hast redeemed us to God by Thy blood  out of every kindred,  and tongue,  and people,  and nation."

PRAISE IS DIRECTED TO THE LAMB WITH THE BOOK.

HE IS PRAISED  AS THE REDEEMER OF MANKIND  IN ALL AGES.

THIS NEW SONG IS THE SONG OF REDEMPTION.

THE OLD SONG WAS THE SONG OF CREATION.

IN THE OLD TESTAMENT WE ARE TOLD THAT THE SONS OF GOD SANG.

THEY WERE SINGING BECAUSE GOD WAS THE CREATOR.

THEY DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE LOVE OF GOD BACK THEN.

WE,  TODAY,   CAN SING ABOUT OUR SAVIOUR,  THE LORD JESUS CHRIST WHO  LOVES US AND  GAVE HIMSELF FOR US.

WHAT A GLORIOUS PICTURE WE HAVE.
